Refundable Attendance Policy

This policy offers piece of mind regarding lower attendance than expected.

Policy Overview

The Refundable Attendance Policy allows our Advanced plan customers to request a refund in the form of Confetti Credits for the difference between a booking's original headcount and its actual attendance*.

Most experiences on our catalog are covered by this policy, see further details below.

* Minimum spend still applies which means your refund will still be capped at the experience's minimum spend.

Eligible Bookings

In order to qualify for a refund under this policy, your booking has the meet the following criteria:

  • You are a part of an Advanced plan account.

  • The booking for which you are requesting a refund must have taken place, meaning the minimum number of participants attended and participated in the experience.

  • The experience was hosted in a Confetti provided conference meeting, so we can verify attendance.

  • The request must be submitted within 2 business days post experience end time.

  • The experience is not any of the following:

    • Any experience with shipped kits

    • Horse Racing

    • Summer Sports Racing

    • Winter Sports Racing

    • Texas Hold 'Em

    • Casino Night

    • Drag Queen Casino

    • Mean Queens Murder Mystery

    • Murder Mystery Party

    • DEI Conversations at Work

Customers with events that do not meet all of the above requirements will not be eligible for a refund. Instead, we recommend collecting RSVPs and adjusting your headcount closer to the experience date once you get a better understanding of your actual expected attendance.

Recorded Events

Recorded experiences are still eligible under this policy, but unique views on your recording within the 30 day period following your experience will count as attendees.

For example, if you originally booked your experience for 100 participants with only 50 people attended and 25 people watched the recording after the experience, a difference of only 25 attendees could be claimed as part of this policy.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund please reach out to our Customer Support team directly via our live chat or via email at [email protected] within 2 business days of the your experience end time.

Confetti Credits will be placed in your account within 1 business day, and will be available to use towards any future bookings for up to 2 years. ($1 = 1 Confetti Credit). For clarification - this policy does not allow refunds back to your original payment method.
