Under her leadership, Confetti has served over 8,000 customers, including leading companies like Google and Facebook, to enhance their company culture.
As Director of Marketing at GoCo.io, Ashley manages a team of specialized marketers to bring GoCo’s products to the market and provide strategic vision for marketing programs. She works closely with leaders from other departments, including HR, to keep her team in close alignment with overall company vision, strategy, goals, and culture. Ashley has over a decade of experience running creative, engaging, experiential marketing campaigns which have won multiple awards from the American Marketing Association. She has served as the chair of GoCo’s Spirit Committee which fosters a positive company culture of recognition and organizes employee engagement efforts.
Rodrigo is a Customer Success Specialist at Bucketlist Rewards. He has 10+ years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Account Management, and Marketing Experience. He’s passionate about helping companies build great workplace cultures through Rewards & Recognition. He believes no company will operate to its full potential unless the employees are happy. Outside of work, he enjoys playing video games, hiking, and watching movies and TV series. Other hobbies include tennis, scuba diving, and exploring new restaurants whenever he gets a chance. On his bucket list is scuba diving in El Nido, Palawan, and the Philippines.
