Workplace Gratitude

Before the Event: The Confetti team will provide you with an initial form to collect participant names. We'll then send you a submission form to collect compliments and praises from participants about their coworkers, which we'll compile and turn into an interactive presentation about your team! 5 compliments per person will be featured in the presentation.

During the Event: Your experience will be led by a funny and engaging host from Confetti, who will guide your team through anonymous compliments from your coworkers. Submissions will be highlighted one participant at a time, while everyone has a chance to react and add onto the kudos provided.

• Encouraging participants to view their coworkers through an even kinder lens

❗️Note: Participant names must be received at least 7 business days prior to event. Submissions must be received at least 6 business days prior to event. If the deadline passes and we do not have at least 6 submissions, your event must be canceled or rescheduled for a later date.
