My team all agreed the Tai Chi class was their favorite! It was a great way to get active at work, while destressing.
Great instructor, very professional, explained and gave an overview of tai chi, and had very good pace.
We enjoyed the class immensely! Most of the team had never taken a Tai Chi class before, so they were not only able to learn a new skill but also find a few moments of peace in the midst of the day.
I highly recommend this activity for anyone looking to take a pause with their team. My colleagues said it was their favorite activity we've done year to date!
The team loved it. Everyone felt so balanced and relaxed, and we are now all scouting for 30-minute Tai Chi videos on YouTube to do more lunch break exercises.
