Our fitness instructor will lead your team through a total body, low-impact strength training workout, which focuses on increasing flexibility, burning calories, and toning the muscles. 🏋️ This strength conditioning session covers:

This class will feature a variety of exercises completed in quick succession to maximize calorie burn.
