How do classes with kits work?

When you book a class with a kit, we send participants all of the ingredients or supplies that they need.

**Address collection:** Once payment is received, our team will send you an address collection form and invite text to relay to your team. 📄

**Shipment tracking:** We’ll also provide a master tracking sheet which you can use to track submissions as well as tracking information once kits have shipped. ✅

What is a hybrid event? How does it work?

**[Confetti hybrid events](https://www.withconfetti.com/help-center/en/collections/6372688-hybrid-events)** combine **in-person** and **virtual** components to create an exciting, interactive experience that can be enjoyed by teams working in-office and at home. 🤝 Whether you're joining from your couch or from a conference room filled with coworkers, our friendly and engaging host will ensure that all your team members have a fun and fabulous time!

For in-office participants, we recommend using a shared projector screen or TV setup. Individuals can also choose to dial-in from their own computers. Either way, please make sure that the host is able to see all of the participants and vice versa. In addition, participants will also need to be able to enter a non-numeric password.

Although all Confetti hybrid experiences come with remote, real-time **Zoom tech support**, it's important to note that A/V equipment and A/V setup is not included.

Can I request a specific host?

We are unable to guarantee certain hosts for the Holiday Wreath Making Class, as their booking is dependent on availability. Please drop a note in the 'special requests' section when booking, and we'll do our best to make it happen. Either way, we promise you'll have a wonderful experience with any of our vetted hosts!

What holiday does this celebrate?

Our holiday experiences are not specific to one holiday in particular and include multiple winter holidays that celebrate the festive time of year (e.g. Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa). They do not skew more towards one than the other and do not include religious undertones at all.

Additionally, our Holiday and Winter themes are globally-friendly! Inclusivity is important to us and we ensure that it is a part of all of our offerings.

If you have strong company values/hopes for the experience that you’d like us to accommodate, please let us know in the ‘special request’ section.

Can this experience be shortened?

Accepted Answer

The Holiday Wreath Making Class can be shortened to 30 or 45 minutes, just make sure to let us know in the special requests section.

For the most engaging and interactive experience, we recommend booking for the full 60 minutes. Please note that we cannot accommodate any price adjustments for a shorter duration.

When is the deadline to collect addresses?

Accepted Answer

The deadline to collect addresses will be EOD **13 business days** from your event date. If you're looking to have an event sooner than 13 business days, your deadline will be EOD **10 business days** and will require rush processing. The cost of rush processing can be found under the shipping upgrades section of the experience page.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only offer shipping to the US & Canada for this experience. 🇨🇦 Canadian shipping is only available for the Faux Wreath Kit.
