Explore what is important to your team in a workplace culture as well as how can you achieve your own needs while also considering the values and goals of your team as a whole. Get to know your team through a series of mini exercises and games, including:

⚖️ Wavelength Game - Rate certain items on a 1-10 scale. For example, on a scale of "should have been a meeting" to "could have been an email," what would a quarterly calendar planning session be?

🔎 Workplace Close-Ups - Participants will be presented with subjective workplace statements to agree or disagree with. Everyone will get the chance to discuss their decisions (and possibly change their answer along the way).

🪐 A New Civilization Game - Using everything you've learned about each others’ viewpoints and values, your team must now work together to make a group decision, considering the opinions of the group as a whole.

📝 Clubhouse Crest Debrief - Create an abstract, visual representation of your team's collective values. Key words and takeaways will come into focus with a word cloud you can proudly display in your workplace.
