Communication Skills Workshop

This skill-building series will challenge your team to lean into their curiosity and ask better questions. Participants will learn concrete question and response techniques to improve their day-to-day communication along with learning to avoid the conversational missteps we all make. The mix of interactive exercises and thought-provoking examples will get your team sharing their own communication styles and provide ideas on how to apply new techniques in their own roles.

After your event, we'll follow up with key takeaways from each participant and a worksheet with specific scripts you can bring back to the workplace. Participants will leave surprised at how truly powerful asking better questions can be in improving the quality of their conversations and relationships, and motivated to improve their own questioning skills!

Note: Participants are encouraged to share their ideas and opinions and interact throughout—and to enable both camera and mic, if they are able to do so.
