In this virtual creative wellness workshop, participants will learn meditation or yoga techniques, which are scientifically proven to positively impact mental health and overall health and open up creative pathways in the brain.
Our instructor will guide your team through various relaxation techniques to connect with their materials and get inspired while letting their inner artist shine. Using art supplies from home, participants will learn basic watercolor painting or drawing techniques to make at least 3 pieces of art.
For added relaxation, bring a beverage of your choice to unwind how you'd like!
