In this virtual tea tasting experience, participants will taste and identify the flavors of at least 3 different types of loose leaf tea from the provided kit.
This session also typically covers:
- A short introduction on the process of making loose leaf tea
- The international origins and history of tea
- Best practices on serving loose leaf tea, including brewing methods and ceremony styles
- Trivia or Q&A where participants can ask anything tea
- A brief mindfulness session at the end
