The BYO Empanada Making Class was a great way for our employees to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. Because the event was virtual, we were able to engage with employees all over the nation!
This class was so fun! Our host was an engaging and educational instructor and moved the class along at the right speed for bakers of all skill levels. The empanadas were also very yummy!
