In this cooking class, a live instructor will show you how to:
- Prep your dumpling ingredients
- Make dumpling wrappers from scratch
- Mix ingredients from your kit to create a filling with dried mushrooms or anything you'd like!
- Wrap dumplings in various shapes like triangular, crescent, or pleated
- Steam, boil, or pan fry dumplings
Recipe makes 2+ servings. Great for sharing a meal with a family member or friend!

The host was wonderful with being interactive with people all while keeping the class going. He was very informative and did his best when it came to measurements for our US and European team. Highly recommend the host and this event!
Our instructor was fantastic and was really great at facilitating a large virtual class! She kept a great pace and constantly circled back to whatever steps we needed.
The dumpling making class was super fun and informative. I didn't expect to learn how to properly cut an onion, garlic, and ginger! Our host was extremely informative and so knowledgable about the culinary world.

The BYO Dumpling Making Class was a great experience and so much fun! The chef was a native Thai lady who has cooked her whole life and showed us how to make dumpling form scratch, highlighting tips and hacks.
