From the age-old Hindu and Buddhist practice of yoga to the ancient Chinese tradition of martial arts, the art of mindfulness is deeply integrated into Asian daily life and culture.
In this wellness class, participants will learn about yoga or meditation from a culturally representative expert. Experience a relaxing and transformative session, including:
- A brief cultural overview and introduction to the practice
- Guided exercises centered on breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness
- Cool down and reflection
These classes are a great resource to equip your team with the tools to decrease stress and increase a sense of peace, calm, and well-being.

This event was great and by far one of the best events we've had through Confetti. All of our employees were so happy that we had this event. They learned so much and are even begging us to offer more meditation and mindfulness resources.
Our team enjoyed this event! It was a seamless and easy experience. Our instructor was knowledgeable and it was a great way to enjoy and celebrate AAPI month.
The instructor provided a good amount of education before the exercises, which made the experience more meaningful. She's also obviously an expert instructor! Her demeanor and the space she was in were so encouraging and peaceful.
Our host and yoga instructor was excellent! She was so prepared and led us through modifications for some harder poses, our staff loved it. Plus the cultural background was really interesting!
