How do gift boxes work?

**Address collection:** Once payment is received, our team will send you an address collection form and invite text to relay to your team. Please make sure to submit all participant information by the initial deadline given upon booking as we are unable to accommodate a [Secondary Order](https://www.withconfetti.com/help-center/en/collections/6372740-initial-orders-secondary-orders) for this experience.

**Shipment tracking:** We’ll also provide a master tracking sheet which you can use to track submissions as well as tracking information once gift boxes have shipped. ✅

How do people choose what they want / personalize?

Once you officially book, event support will share the available options with your team. We have different color options available for the beach towel, tote bag, picnic basket, and tumbler. Please note that specific options are based on availability and subject to change.

I want this to be a surprise. How do I do this?

Just pick for your team! Upon booking, event support will share options and pictures of what you can choose, and you can make a blanket decision for everyone.

When is the deadline to collect addresses?

Your deadline will be EOD **18 business days** from your desired delivery date. Please note that we do not offer Rush Processing, as we are unable to accommodate a Secondary Order for this experience.
