Where It All Started

How many companies have a dedicated event planner? Not many.

How many employees get handed the responsibility of planning a team event with no experience and little time? Too many.

When Lee Rubin, our Co-Founder and CEO, was unexpectedly tasked with organizing her team’s team building event prior to founding Confetti, she found herself asking a simple question:

“Isn’t there an easier way to create meaningful team moments? Ones that actually connect people and don’t feel like another meeting on the calendar?”

That question became the spark for Confetti.Together with Eyal Hakim (Co-Founder & CTO), Lee set out to fix what so many companies get wrong: the broken meeting culture. They envisioned a world where teams could connect through intentional, energizing experiences — not just endless Zoom calls or awkward icebreakers.

Confetti was built to make it simple, joyful, and fast to plan complex company events and team-building experiences that actually matter.
