Wekudo Tech Inc. d/b/a ā€œConfettiā€ and/or its affiliates (collectively, ā€œConfettiā€) provide online presentations on learning strategies and best practices for building company culture with Confetti (ā€œOnline Presentationsā€) and free-community events (ā€œhello&demoā€) (together, ā€œWebinar(s)ā€) which participants (ā€œRegistrant(s)ā€ or ā€œyouā€) can join virtually.

1. Ownership

Unless otherwise indicated, Confetti owns or licenses the copyright to the Webinars and any other intellectual property rights to the content presented in the Webinars. Some of the content in the Webinars may be owned by individual presenters or co-hosts, and is included in the Webinars under a license or agreement.

Recordings of Webinars (or extracts thereof) are published on Confettiā€™s website upon completion of the Webinar. A copy of the Online Presentation, including materials such as workbooks, may be available before, during or after the Online Presentation, and is for your personal/non-commercial use only. Registrants are allowed to share recordings of Webinars, as long as it is not used for commercial purposes and/or commercial benefits. Registrants are not permitted to record Webinars themselves. Any breach of copyright or other intellectual property rights, including recording the Webinar or any unauthorized use of the Webinar content, may lead to legal action.

2. Disclaimer

Confetti makes no representations or warranties with respect to the Webinars and its content. Confetti is not liable for the content of the Webinars, quality of presentation or if learning outcomes did not meet any expectations.

3. External Links

Webinars may contain links to other websites over which Confetti has no control. Confetti makes no representations about the accuracy of information contained on those websites, and is not liable for the content on those websites.

4. Registration Process

Participants are registering for Webinars offered on the following sites. To register for Online Presentations click here, and for hello&demo click here. You can also register to join Webinars using the dedicated links in blog posts and/or email campaigns as relevant.

By registering for a Webinar, you consent to share your registration details with Confetti (as further explained below), and with Zoom, Inc. as the hosting platform of Webinars. You can view Zoomā€™s privacy policy on their website using the following URL: https://explore.zoom.us/en/privacy/.

Please note, Zoom may retain registration data as part of usage reports pursuant to Zoomā€™s privacy policy. For inquiries regarding usage reports, please reach out directly to Zoom.

5. Data Privacy

Confetti may use, and provide the collected personal information (i.e. information which, alone or in combination with other information can identify an individual) of Participants to other members of its company group, co-sponsors and co-hosts, or export such information to other systems (such as Confettiā€™s CRM) for the purposes of (a) providing access to and use of the Webinar; (b) providing customer support and other similar activities, if applicable, related to the Webinar; (c) keeping you informed about Confettiā€™s products, services, offers and upcoming events, and; (d) to improve Confettiā€™s Webinars, all in accordance and further described in its Privacy Policy.

Confetti may also provide personal information about Participants to its co-sponsors and co-hosts of the Webinar for the purpose of providing you with direct marketing offers which Confetti or its co-sponsors and co-hosts think may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive information about other products, services, offers and events, please notify Confetti in writing by emailing [email protected], or use the unsubscribe functionality in such communication, and you will be opted-out from receiving further marketing communications.

At any time before the Webinar, Registrants can modify their registration details using the link provided in the Webinar participation confirmation email.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your registration for a Webinar any time prior to the Webinar. If for any reason, the Webinar is required to be canceled by Confetti, Confetti will send a notification email as soon as possible. You can cancel your participation by using the link provided in the Webinar participation confirmation email.

7. Recording Notice

Confetti may record Webinars, including audio, video and any documents and other materials exchanged or viewed during the Webinar. By joining the Webinar, you consent to such recordings. Recordings may be used by Confetti for its legitimate business purposes, including marketing and promotional activities. If you do not consent to be recorded, you can join the Webinar with your camera turned off, or refrain from joining the Webinar. You may contact us by emailing [email protected] to discuss your recording concerns prior to the Webinar.

8. Technical Requirements

Webinar participation may require you to configure your software settings on your web-device upon first use or require you to download the software for your operating system. Please note that you may require administrator privileges on your computer to be able to manually install software.

9. Modifications

Confetti reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time. Such changes will become effective following posting the revised terms on the site, and your continued use of Webinars means that you accept those changes.
