In short, yes. However, we provide you with a Zoom link to take as much off your plate as possible!

In short, yes. However, we provide you with a Zoom link to take as much off your plate as possible! With this, your host has full hosting capabilities and the ability to provide any necessary tech support.

However, if you need to use your own Zoom link for any reason, the following features are required in order to host your event! πŸ‘‡

  • Ensure 'Participants can join at any time' is selected

  • Waiting room is disabled

  • Host capabilities (i.e. making our host the 'host'!)

  • Screen sharing

  • Audio sharing

  • Chat functionality

  • Breakout rooms

  • Please share any password associated with the meeting

  • Meetings cannot require prior registration - Due to company policy we cannot provide contact information for our hosts

If you would like to use your own Zoom link, make a note of this in the Special Requests section of your booking, or reach out to [email protected].

Opting to use your own meeting link means forfeiting tech support from Confetti. While we will always do our best to troubleshoot issues if they arise, we have very limited ability to do so when not using a Confetti Zoom link.
