How to increase or decrease your headcount as needed.

Headcount decreases:

If you need to make a decrease to your headcount prior to your event, please contact us at [email protected]. At this time, headcount decreases are not supported by our platform.

Headcount increases:

In general, we recommend booking with your lowest expected headcount to lock in your experience, and increasing your headcount as needed so you do not overpay for spots.

If you need to increase your headcount, you can do so yourself by navigating to your event from My Events, and clicking the experience card on the right. Update your headcount and click Save. If your headcount increase requires additional payment, you'll be prompted to pay any extra fees.

The deadline for increasing your headcount depends on the experience and can be found in the headcount section here:

Group pricing: If the experience that you booked has a group pricing structure (as opposed to per person), then you have a little bit more flexibility with your headcount. In this case, you do not need to notify us or make additional payments for changes within your approved headcount range.
