The Refundable Attendance Policy is in place for Subscription customers* who are unsure of their final headcount, book an experience anticipating a higher number of attendees, and ultimately had a lesser turnout. This policy offers the flexibility to receive a refund in the form of Confetti Credits for the difference in headcount for a handful of experiences.

* Plus Plan customers will receive 50% refund on the difference in cost based on a lower headcount. Pro & Enterprise Plan customers will receive 100% refund on the difference in cost.
