Through our curated collections, we are able to connect and bring together teams, no matter how distributed or large. Explore the following collections on Confetti specifically curated for large groups:

Large Groups Collection 👨‍👩‍👦

This collection focuses on activities that can successfully engage and energize a large number of participants of up to nearly 1,000 people! At Confetti, we define a large group as expected participants of over 100.

  • Multiple Start Times: While some of Confetti’s experiences can accommodate groups of nearly 1,000, once you’re inviting over 300 people it is best practice to consider multiple start times. This could include AM and PM slots, as well as events on different days of the week. By providing flexible timing options, you can accommodate participants from various regions and increase overall participation.

  • One-Size-Fits-All: Take a look at our Pub experience which has multiple rooms that people can hop in and out of and find the experiences that best suit their interest. This experience is 2 hours long, but don’t fret; you can come in late or hop on and off, and stay as long or as little as you’d like! But we’re confident you’ll want to stay 😏.

  • Larger Than Max Headcount: If your group exceeds the maximum headcount stated on the experience page, you can book multiple sessions to accommodate a larger headcount.

By following these best practices, large teams can organize successful and inclusive events that foster team building, collaboration, and maximum participation.
