Once you book and pay for your event, event support will start gathering all of your event details, creating your Zoom link, and customizing your downloadable invite and materials as needed. When these items are ready, you will receive an email with a link to access your briefing within 3 business days of booking if your event is more than 5 business days out, or within 1 business day of booking if your event is less than 5 business days out.
For any event with a shipped component, you can expect to receive your briefing via email once your address collection form closes.
