To ensure a smooth booking event, we recommend booking with your lowest expected headcount. However, we understand that sometimes even when folks RSVP to an event, they don’t always make it.

We have a collection of experiences that are eligible for a refund in Confetti Credits when a lower number of people attend the event. We call this our Refundable Attendance Policy, which you can read about in detail here.

To qualify for the refund in Confetti Credits, you must fulfill the criteria as noted in the Refundable Attendance Policy and reach out to [email protected] within 2 business days after your event takes place.
