Question: Can I customize my booking's information collection form?

Answer: Confetti's information collection form cannot currently be customized to add, adjust, or remove any questions in the form, or adjust the visual presentation of the form.


πŸ“• Closing Forms Early

Question: Can I close my information collection form early?

Answer: Absolutely! Click the chat widget on any experience page and let us know when you'd like your form to close, ideally planning this in advance so we can program your form to close early. If you reach out to close your form immediately, there may be a delay as our team gets to your message.


➑️ Extending Forms

Question: Can I extend the deadline for my information collection form?

Answer: Because our team needs time to create your custom presentation or prepare your gifts, there is no guarantee that an extension can be accommodated. For requests for an extension, reach out to our team via the chat widget on any page.

Question: Can I remove submissions from my submission tracker?

Answer: If your form deadline has not passed, reach out to our team via the chat widget to remove a submission. Once your form deadline has passed, we are unable to remove any submissions.


🧒 Capping Submissions

Question: Can I cap my form if I only want to have a certain number of participants?

Answer: Yes - we can set a submission cap on your form. Reach out to our team via the chat widget on any page for assistance with this.
