πŸ“‹ Information Collection for Experiences

At Confetti, some of our events - like Guess Who, Two Truths and a Lie, and Workplace Gratitude - are built entirely around your team's unique stories and personalities. To make these experiences a success, we’ve designed a simple, secure process to collect information from your participants so our team can build a one-of-a-kind presentation just for you. Participants are required to submit their information individually through designated forms, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process.

✨ How Information Collection Works

Once your event is confirmed and paid for, the Confetti team will initiate your information collection form which will include questions tailored specifically to the experience you’ve chosen.

What you will receive from us:

  • Customized Form Link: A secure URL created specifically for your event.

  • Submission Tracker: A private Google Sheet (just for you, the planner) to monitor who has submitted their info in real-time. While you can see who has submitted to the form via your tracker, any specific answers or photos remain hidden to keep the surprises intact for your event!

  • Email Template: A ready-to-use message you can send to your team to explain the process and share the form link.

  • Deadline: Because our team needs time to hand-craft your custom presentation, our team will provide a deadline for information collection. For requests for an extension, reach out to our team via the chat widget on any page. Extensions are not guaranteed.

πŸ“‰ What Happens if Submissions are Low or High?

Our team will reach out one business day before the information collection deadline to provide an update on the number of submissions received.

If your form closes with fewer than 6 participants, we may need to reschedule or cancel the event, as your team's responses are integral to creating the game.

For larger groups, our forms have a limit of 15 submissions. If your group exceeds this limit, click the chat widget on any page to speak with our team. We have various options for larger groups such as booking multiple sessions or adding an audience.

πŸš€ Finalizing Your Event

Once the deadline passes, our team gets to work! We’ll send you a final update on the number of submissions received. If your team was extra enthusiastic and you had more submissions than your originally booked headcount, we will simply send over a payment link for the additional participants.
