How to view pricing and receive an instant quote - including all fees!

πŸ’° Viewing Pricing & Getting an Instant Quote

You can customize your experience and get an instant quote directly on the experience page, even before signing up! Simply scroll to the right-hand "Plan this experience" panel and enter:

  • Your expected headcount

  • Desired options or add-ons

Our pricing is transparent and updates in real time based on your selections, showing any minimum spend requirements or extra fixed fees if applicable. Some time slots have a higher minimum spend (especially if you’re planning around the holidays) so for the most accurate quote, please select your add-ons and customizations and proceed to the payment page. Only on the payment page will you see your total due with pricing for your time slot, and any applicable taxes or outside standard hours fees added.


πŸ‘€ Minimum Spend

You'll find a minimum spend on all of our experiences, and it varies quite a bit from experience to experience. If you fall below this when inputting your headcount, you are still able to book, however, a box underneath the Continue Booking button will appear with a disclaimer about the minimum spend adjustment.

The pricing for our experiences includes our services of end-to-end planning, a Confetti host (if stated in the Includes section), customized event materials (such as address collection forms, game materials, and/or designed invitations), and more! The total price you’re quoted takes host fees and vendor minimums into account, as well as the time to prepare for and run the event.

That said, you're welcome to book for as many participants as you'd like, being mindful that it will modify the price if you fall under that minimum spend!


πŸ“ˆ High Demand Minimum Spend

Certain time slots, such as weekday afternoons or evenings (especially around holidays), may be in high demand.

  • These time slots cost more as our team typically finds, vets, onboards, and trains more hosts to ensure we can accommodate as many customers as possible at the same time.

  • These slots come with a higher minimum spend to ensure that our most popular times are going to the customers who need that time most!

  • You can review any increased minimum spends for each time slot when exploring availability within the Date & Time field.


πŸŒ• Fees for Booking Outside Standard Operating Hours

If your event is outside the 8 AM – 10 PM ET window, our team will do our best to accommodate it. Bookings in these time frames require additional fees for coordinating additional support from vendors and our Support team to ensure your booking runs smoothly! These fees can be seen after selecting your date(s) and proceeding to the checkout page as seen below:
