🎉 Event Collateral Pages & Post-Event Information

After your Confetti event wraps up, the fun doesn’t stop there! Each event comes with a collateral page that includes helpful post-event details - making it easy to reflect, measure engagement, and celebrate your team’s participation.


📬 What You’ll Receive After Your Event

Once your event has ended, you’ll receive an automated email from Confetti containing a link to your event collateral page. This page serves as your event’s digital wrap-up and includes everything you need to know about what happened during your experience.

📌 Where to find it:

  • The email will come directly to the event planner and any collaborators on the booking.

  • The subject line will clearly reference your event name and booking ID, so it’s easy to locate.

  • Check your spam/junk folder or ensure that the email address associated with your account is correct. If you still cannot locate the email, click the chat widget on any experience page to message our team for help.

  • Verify collaborator details to ensure that collaborators listed on the booking are correctly set to receive post-event emails.


🗂️ What’s Included on Your Event Collateral Page

Each collateral page includes event-specific information and analytics designed to help you review and download key aspects of your event. You’ll typically see:

  • Event Summary: Key details such as the event name, date and time.

  • Zoom Attendance Report: A record showing who attended your event and how long each participant stayed connected is available for download.

  • Recording Links (if applicable): If your experience was recorded, the link to view the recording will appear here (this cannot be downloaded).

  • Resource Links: For experiences that include recipes, craft guides, or follow-along materials, these will also be available here so participants can revisit what they learned.

  • Group Photos: Group photos taken during the session will be available for download so you can treasure the memories from your experience.

  • Winning Team: For experiences that include winning teams, the name of the winning team will be listed.


📊 Understanding the Zoom Attendance Report

The attendance report provides a breakdown of which participants joined and for how long. It’s pulled directly from your event’s Zoom session and helps you:

  • Track engagement and participation.

  • Confirm that all expected attendees successfully joined.

  • Reference attendance for future planning or billing accuracy.

⚠️ Please note the following:

  • Attendance reflects only those who joined via the event’s Zoom link. If a participant joined from a shared screen or alternative device, that may not appear individually in the report.

  • Attendees who were present for less than 3 minutes will not be shown.


🎥 Recording Link Policies

Confetti has specific policies regarding the availability of video recordings for its events. Below are the key details:

  • General Policy: Confetti event recordings are not available for download.

  • Reasons for Restricted Access:

    • Protecting Content Creators and Hosts: Confetti prioritizes the intellectual property rights of its content creators and event hosts. Allowing unrestricted access to recordings could compromise these rights.

    • Ensuring Participant Privacy: Many events involve participant interaction, and recording access could raise privacy concerns.


🏆 Winning Team Details

For experiences that feature competition elements, your event collateral page now includes the name of the winning team along with a list of that team’s members. This is a fun way to recognize your colleagues’ success! If the experience includes a link to a leaderboard, we'll include that on your collateral page instead.

Customers frequently use these details to congratulate the winning team and may even use them for prize distribution or post-event shoutouts. This information will appear alongside your attendance report so you can easily find and share it.


⏳ Access & Expiration

Your event collateral page will remain accessible for 30 days after your event. We recommend downloading any materials (photos, attendance reports, resources, etc.) during that period. The specific expiration date is noted at the top of every Event Collateral Page.

After 30 days, the collateral page and its associated data will expire and no longer be retrievable. This helps us maintain data security and protect participant privacy.
