Position Details

Drive the strategic direction and execution initiatives!

The VP ofMarketing will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of Confetti’s marketing efforts to fuel growth in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Reporting to the executive leadership team, you will lead all marketing initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally to align business and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused leader with a passion for data-driven decision-making, with prior experience in scaling marketing functions in fast-growing SaaS companies.

Confetti operates in the HR tech space and provides a solution for employee culture & engagement. Our product allows companies to discover, plan and book high quality experiences for their teams for every use case. From team building, onboarding, DE&I and even learning & development, our rich catalog provides hundreds of fresh options for any budget and team size.

Product Led - As a managed marketplace for employee experiences, we put the user-experience of our platform at the top of our priority list. We believe (and have significant evidence) that a great platform sells itself, and always prefer investing in the platform & marketing automation as scalable sales channels.

Data Driven - We heavily utilize analytics to measure the usage of every feature we release, and use hard evidence when making decisions regarding what’s next (you’ll never have to build something just because sales/investors asked for it).

Corporate-Consumer Facing - Selling directly to any employee that holds a company credit card, Confetti enjoys the benefits of B2C companies (low-touch onboarding, no sales or corporate approvals needed, etc.) and those of B2B companies (high recurring budgets, high willingness-to-pay, low pricing sensitivity).

You Have

Minimum of 2 years of marketing leadership experience, ideally in a similar-sized startup (Series A-D)within the B2B SaaS industry. Additionally, minimum of 5 years in any marketing role.

 Managed marketing budgets of $4+ million with a focus on driving results and efficiency.

Demonstrated experience managing both paid acquisition and product marketing strategies.

Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing a team of 5+ and mentoring teams in fast-paced environments.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including product, sales, and leadership.

Ability to leverage data insights to drive marketing strategy and improve performance.

A deep focus on understanding and solving customer needs.

Adaptability and able to thrive in a dynamic, remote work environment and is comfortable with evolving priorities and challenges.

Bachelor'sDegree required. Degrees in Business, Marketing, or Finance

Experience in the HR Tech industry or similar SaaS environments.- PLUS

Developing and executing marketing strategy: Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company’s overall growth objectives.

Managing marketing channels: Oversee all paid acquisition, product marketing, SEO, email marketing, and social media strategies.

Collaborating with the product team: Work closely with the product team to optimize the customer journey from awareness through retention, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for customers.

Managing Marketing Team: Hire, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of marketing professionals. Cultivate a collaborative environment that fosters growth, creativity, and results.

Managing Marketing Budget: Oversee the marketing budget ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve the highest ROI.

Making Data-driven decisions: Use marketing analytics and KPIs to inform and refine strategies, ensuring continual growth and optimization.
