We’re looking for a strategic and innovative Marketing Web Designer to join our team and take Confetti’s landing pages to the next level.
This is not a UX/UI product design role. We need a marketing-focused designer who thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment, where A/B testing, data-driven decisions, and quick turnarounds are the norm.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing high-converting landing pages using Webflow, Figma, and custom CSS for third-party tools. You’ll also create templates and reusable components that streamline workflows, enabling rapid deployment of new pages.
You should have a strong automation and systematization mindset—finding lean, creative solutions to execute ideas faster. If an idea can be brought to life using no-code, AI tools, or interactive design techniques, you’ll figure out the most efficient way to make it happen.
Our current landing pages are simple, but we want you to add interaction, fun, and visual interest to boost engagement and conversions.

From team building, onboarding, DE&I and even learning & development, our rich catalog provides hundreds of fresh options for any budget and team size.

Product Led - As a managed marketplace for employee experiences, we put the user-experience of our platform at the top of our priority list. We believe (and have significant evidence) that a great platform sells itself, and always prefer investing in the platform & marketing automation as scalable sales channels.
Data Driven - We heavily utilize analytics to measure the usage of every feature we release, and use hard evidence when making decisions regarding what’s next (you’ll never have to build something just because sales/investors asked for it).
Corporate-Consumer Facing - Selling directly to any employee that holds a company credit card, Confetti enjoys the benefits of B2C companies (low-touch onboarding, no sales or corporate approvals needed, etc.) and those of B2B companies (high recurring budgets, high willingness-to-pay, low pricing sensitivity).
Experience in a SaaS or product company (not just agencies or one-off freelance projects).
Expertise in Webflow, Figma, and CSS customization for third-party tools.
A/B testing experience—you’ve designed and optimized multiple versions of the same asset or landing page for conversion improvements.
Experience creating reusable templates and components to speed up the design and implementation process.
A strong automation & systematization mindset—you’re always looking for ways to make your work faster, better, and more scalable.
A passion for interactive, engaging web design—you know how to add fun and movement to landing pages without compromising performance.
The ability to take a concept from idea to implementation, ensuring high-quality execution.
A proactive, fast-moving approach—you know that marketing design needs to be reactive and can’t take months to perfect.
Designing and implementing high-converting, engaging landing pages in Webflow.
Creating and iterating on multiple versions of designs based on A/B test results.
Building and maintaining a library of templates and reusable design components to speed up future work.
Optimizing and enhancing designs using CSS, animations, and interactive elements to improve engagement.
Working closely with marketing to evolve the brand’s digital presence through web design, while ensuring best practices are followed.
Utilizing and customizing third-party tools to ensure seamless integration with our design system.
Finding lean, creative solutions to execute big ideas quickly—whether through AI tools, no-code solutions, or automation.
Learning and adopting new tools & techniques to continuously improve speed and efficiency.

Building software (as many other things), can be either done by craftsmanship or a “production line” approach.
