Confetti is seeking a creative and highly skilled Multimedia Designer who can lead the end-to-end creation of video and animation assets. This role requires an expert who is not just skilled in design and video editing but can also manage projects from gathering specifications to final execution, ensuring a seamless workflow for all video-related content across multiple platforms.
As our Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for producing dynamic content such as ads, social media videos, product demos, and animations (gifs) for the website, driving engagement and enhancing our brand’s visual storytelling.

Our product allows companies to discover, plan and book high quality experiences for their teams for every use case. From team building, onboarding, DE&I and even learning & development, our rich catalog provides hundreds of fresh options for any budget and team size.

Product Led - As a managed marketplace for employee experiences, we put the user-experience of our platform at the top of our priority list. We believe (and have significant evidence) that a great platform sells itself, and always prefer investing in the platform & marketing automation as scalable sales channels.
Data Driven - We heavily utilize analytics to measure the usage of every feature we release, and use hard evidence when making decisions regarding what’s next (you’ll never have to build something just because sales/investors asked for it).
Corporate-Consumer Facing - Selling directly to any employee that holds a company credit card, Confetti enjoys the benefits of B2C companies (low-touch onboarding, no sales or corporate approvals needed, etc.) and those of B2B companies (high recurring budgets, high willingness-to-pay, low pricing sensitivity).
5+ years of experience in video production, animation, and multimedia design, with a proven track record in creating diverse content for digital platforms.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design and video editing software.
Experience managing multimedia projects from concept to completion, including gathering specifications, creating storyboards, and sourcing assets.
A strong eye for detail, design, and storytelling with the ability to create visually compelling content that resonates with a target audience.
Knowledge of best practices for video production across different platforms (social media, websites, ads).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with product teams, marketing, and developers.
Creating and managing video content: Producing a wide range of video content, from digital ads to product demos and animations (gifs) for the website, while managing the entire production process.
Collaborating with stakeholders: Working with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to ensure that all multimedia content meets the business’s goals and brand standards.
Developing storyboards and concepts: Translating business and marketing needs into compelling multimedia content, from concept to final execution.
Sourcing and curating assets: Using external resources, including stock footage, graphics, and sound, to enhance the quality of multimedia projects.
Optimizing for different platforms: Ensuring all multimedia content is optimized for various platforms, including social media, websites, and advertising channels, and adapting content as needed for each.
Testing and improving continuously: Implementing a rigorous test-and-learn approach to content creation, optimizing based on engagement metrics and feedback.
