We’re looking for a talented Digital Artist / Illustrator to join our design guild. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating visually compelling Experience Covers for our catalogue of Virtual Team Building Experiences. Your designs will capture the essence of each experience, drawing participants in and setting the stage for an unforgettable time. Think of your work as key art for a game or TV show – each cover will be unique, intricate, and executed with high attention to detail. You’ll also design distinctive logos for each experience, in the style of gameshow logos, helping showcase what makes each offering stand out.

Our product allows companies to discover, plan and book high quality experiences for their teams for every use case. From team building, onboarding, DE&I and even learning & development, our rich catalog provides hundreds of fresh options for any budget and team size.

Product Led - As a managed marketplace for employee experiences, we put the user-experience of our platform at the top of our priority list. We believe (and have significant evidence) that a great platform sells itself, and always prefer investing in the platform & marketing automation as scalable sales channels.
Data Driven - We heavily utilize analytics to measure the usage of every feature we release, and use hard evidence when making decisions regarding what’s next (you’ll never have to build something just because sales/investors asked for it).
Corporate-Consumer Facing - Selling directly to any employee that holds a company credit card, Confetti enjoys the benefits of B2C companies (low-touch onboarding, no sales or corporate approvals needed, etc.) and those of B2B companies (high recurring budgets, high willingness-to-pay, low pricing sensitivity).
Expert-level design skills with mastery of Photoshop and Illustrator, particularly in creating vector-based assets.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of illustration styles, including 3D clay, with examples of impactful visual storytelling.
Versatility in illustration styles: The ability to adapt your work to different aesthetics (from playful to dramatic) while maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
Experience using AI tools as part of your design workflow to enhance creativity and efficiency.
Impeccable file hygiene: Clear file naming conventions and meticulous folder organization.
A collaborative spirit, thriving in a team environment and contributing to the evolution of our visual identity.
A passion for learning, staying up to date with design trends and exploring new techniques, including AI art.
Creating compelling visuals: Designing eye-catching Experience Covers, logos, and image composites that capture the unique theme and spirit of each virtual experience.
Showcasing unique selling points (USPs): Ensuring each cover and visual highlights the elements that make the experience stand out.
Collaborating with the design team: Partnering with the design guild to ensure brand consistency and contribute to evolving our visual identity.
Designing experience-specific logos: Crafting logos for each experience that resonate with the style and theme, similar to gameshow branding.
Ensuring high attention to detail: Delivering each cover and visual with a high level of craftsmanship, making each experience visually distinct and appealing.
Staying proactive and resourceful: Identifying design requirements independently and tackling challenges with creativity and initiative.
