What can I use Confetti for?Confetti helps employees connect with company culture through memorable shared experiences.
Do I need to sign up for an account? Are there any membership costs?While there are no costs or fees to browse and receive a quote, you will need to create a free account to book your experience.
What is the minimum number of participants required for an event?Each experience page shows the minimum number of participants that can be accommodated.
What is the maximum number of participants I can have in each event?Each experience page shows the maximum number of participants that can be accommodated.
Can I see a demonstration of an event before booking?We offer live monthly demos through our hello&demo series, where you can try out our experiences, connect, and learn more about Confetti.
Are taxes included?Taxes (if applicable) are included in the final checkout process.
What payment methods are accepted?We accept all major credit cards, ACH / wire transfers, and Confetti Credits.
What are the event cancellation terms? Is there a cancellation fee?Each experience has its own Cancellation & Rescheduling policy listed at the bottom of its page.
How do I reschedule the date or time of my event?We like to make things easy β you can reschedule your own bookings directly from our platform!
Can I change my headcount?How to increase or decrease your headcount as needed.
How do I cancel my event?Please email us at [email protected] with your request to cancel and we'll assist you from there!
When will I receive event details to share with my team?Our Confetti team will email your Event Briefing to you within 1 business day of booking.
What if I have special requests, how do I share those?Please indicate your requests in the Add Special Requests field when booking.
Can a few people just join the event and watch instead of paying to participate?We offer the choice of adding an audience for a flat fee of $50.
Can you tell me how much an event is going to cost?Each experience has its own unique pricing, which you can see before booking.

How do I add an Event Collaborator to my booked event?If you'd like another member of your team to make a payment or access your Event Briefing, they will need to be invited as an Collaborator
Are there any off hour fees?After-hour fees are applied to events booked between 10 PM ET to 8 AM ET.
